DIRECTOR-GENERAL OF UNOG MEETS WITH MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF KAZAKHSTAN

Sergei Ordzhonikidze, the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva, met today with Kassymzhomart Tokaev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
The Director-General and the Minister exchanged views on a wide range of issues, including the situation in Kazakhstan and the Commonwealth of Independent States, as well as disarmament-related matters.
The Director-General briefed the Minister on the extensive work of the United Nations Office at Geneva in various fields.
