Services related to meetings with an official mandate (calendar meetings) have been budgeted for. There might also be the possibility to organize meetings on an extrabudgetary basis. If in doubt, the Meetings Management Section can assist in determining which services can be covered for specific meetings.

The preliminary invoice is issued based on the approved cost estimate and the event/meeting is confirmed following the settlement of the preliminary invoice. The final bill or credit memo is issued after the event reflecting the actual costs.
