Geneva International Discussions The 22nd round of the Geneva International Discussions will take place in Geneva on 11 and 12 December 2012. After the meeting on 12 December, a series of press conferences will take place in Room III, Palais des Nations. The press conferences should start at approximately 5:00 p.m. (time TBC) and would last approximately 30 minutes each. Measuring Progress Towards a Green Economy The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) will unveil a new report, Measuring Progress Towards a Green Economy, in response to the Rio+20 mandate to assist countries with their transition from carbon-intensive, brown economies to more resource-efficient, sustainable societies.
