OHCHR Press Conference

The Special Rapporteur will talk about his annual report to the Human Rights Council in which he detailed nine patterns of human rights violations in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, many, if not all of which, may amount to crimes against humanity. He will also discuss the need for an inquiry mechanism to examine the issues of institutional and personal accountability for such violations.
