New Permanent Representative of Antigua and Barbuda Presents Credentials to the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva

Presentation of Credentials

 

Boris Latour, the new Permanent Representative of Antigua and Barbuda to the United Nations Office at Geneva, today presented his credentials to Tatiana Valovaya, the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva.

Prior to his appointment as Permanent Representative, Mr. Latour had been working in the private sector, including managing an alternative investment fund located in Luxembourg. He has professional experience in renewable energy, information technology, real estate, hospitality, agriculture, banking, and finance. He had recently been working closely with the Government of Antigua and Barbuda to strengthen its diplomatic ties with European countries and international organizations.

Mr. Latour has a master’s degree in management science from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in Belgium and a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from the same University.
