UNMAS Press conference

Mine Action for People and Planet: Solutions, Commitments, and Action is the title of the United Nations International Meeting of Mine Action National Directors and UN Advisers, and this press conference will concern the planet. Experts will talk about the linkages between mine action and the environmental changes and challenges mine action deals with, as well as the impact of mine action on the environment. Inspired by the discussion of the first Plenary Session of this meeting, concerned journalists will have the opportunity to probe deeper into this subject, ask questions of experts and better understand the linkages
