This week, Heads of State will gather for an all-day high-level meeting on antimicrobial resistance (AMR) at the UN General Assembly in New York. They are expected to commit to taking a broad, coordinated approach to address the root causes of AMR across multiple sectors, especially human health, animal health and agriculture.
WHO expert will brief Geneva-based journalists on the importance of this meeting at UN General Assembly
