The Special Rapporteur will talk about his annual report to the Human Rights Council on the management of the external borders of the EU and its impact on the human rights of migrants, and his reports on the four fact finding missions to Tunisia, Turkey, Italy and Greece, which he undertook in 2012 in the context of his annual report.
