NEW PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE UNITED STATES PRESENTS CREDENTIALS TO THE DIRECTOR-GENERAL OF THE UNITED NATIONS OFFICE AT GENEVA

Andrew Bremberg, the new Permanent Representative of the United States to the United Nations Office at Geneva, today presented his credentials to Tatiana Valovaya, Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva.

Prior to his appointment to Geneva, Mr. Bremberg had been serving as Assistant to the President of the United States and Director of the Domestic Policy Council for the Executive Office of the President. He has a long history of public service, and previously served as Policy Advisor and Counsel on Nominations for the Office of the Senate Majority Leader from 2014 to 2015. He also worked as a senior health policy analyst and department manager from 2009 to 2014, and for the Department of Health and Human Services from 2001 to 2009.

Mr. Bremberg earned a bachelor’s degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio and a Juris Doctor degree from Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. He is married and has four childen.
