WHO/UNITAID Press Conference

World TB Day is being commemorated on 24 March 2016 under the theme Unite to End TB. TB is a leading infectious disease killer alongside HIV/AIDS, it kills an estimated 1.5 million people each year. Ending TB by 2030 is a target of the new UN Sustainable Development Goals and the WHO End TB Strategy.
