The Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants will talk about his annual report to the Human Rights Council on the management of the external borders of the European Union and its impact on the human rights of migrants: “The EU must bank on mobility in order to regain control over its borders.” The expert will also refer to his reports on his 2014 missions to Italy and Malta.
