Presentation of the report of the Commission of Inquiry on Human Rights in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
The report, made public on 17 February, addresses a wide array of crimes against humanity having been committed and continuing to take place in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and also calls for urgent action by the international community to address the human rights situation in the country, including Security Council referral to the International Criminal Court.
