NEW PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA PRESENTS CREDENTIALS TO DIRECTOR-GENERAL OF UNITED NATIONS OFFICE AT GENEVA

Presentation of Credentials

Lucija Ljubic Lepine, the new Permanent Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations Office at Geneva, today presented her credentials to Michael Møller, Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva.

Prior to her appointment to Geneva, Ms. Ljubic Lepine had been serving as Deputy Permanent Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg since October 2012. From July to October 2012, she served as Head of the Division for the Coordination of Activities with the United Nations Security Council at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina. From 2008 to 2012, Ms. Ljubic Lepine worked at the Mission of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the European Union in Brussels.

Ms. Ljubic Lepine was born on 29 December 1975 in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She has a Master degree in philosophy and another in Croatian culture and education of Croatology from the University of Zagreb in Croatia (1993-1998). She is married with two children.
