French Language Day

French Language Day will be celebrated on 20 March 2022. To mark the occasion, the Division of Conference Management and the Centre for Learning and Multilingualism have organized a creative writing competition; all UNOG staff and consultants, students in the UNOG language classes and members of the diplomatic community in Geneva were invited to take part. 

Our panel of judges, composed of translators, interpreters and French teachers, have evaluated all entries, and the winners have been chosen.

Please join us on Teams on Friday 18 March at 12:30 p.m. for a virtual awards ceremony, during which the winners will be invited to read their compositions aloud. Use this link to join the celebration and cheer on your colleagues!
