DIRECTOR-GENERAL OF UNOG MEETS WITH MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE

Sergei Ordzhonikidze, the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva, met today with Borys Tarasyuk, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The Director-General and the Minister exchanged views on a wide range of issues, including the reform of the United Nations and its impact on the work of the United Nations family in Geneva, disarmament-related matters as well as on preparations to the 60th Anniversary of the United Nations.
The Director-General briefed the Minister on the extensive work of the United Nations Office at Geneva in various fields.
