DIRECTOR-GENERAL OF UNOG MEETS WITH MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

Sergei Ordzhonikidze, the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva, met today with Askar Aitmatov, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Director-General and the Minister exchanged views on a wide range of issues, including the reform of the United Nations and its impact on the work of the United Nations family in Geneva.
The Minister informed the Director-General on the results of the Parliamentary elections in the Kyrgyz Republic.
